摘　　要：利用远程通信构成分级计算机监控系统 (SCADA) ,实现污水处理的本地控制和远程控制中心的集中监控与调度。针对污水处理系统的特点与要求 ,对系统结构、通信方式、硬件配置和监控组态软件进行了设计。该系统投入实际运行表明 ,效果良好。The hierarchical computerized supervisory control system (SCADA) is composed with remote communication. Centralized supervisory control and dispatching of local and remote control are implemented for sewage treatment. In accordance with the features and requirement of sewage treatment system, system architecture, communication scheme, hardware composition, and configuration software of supervisory and control are designed. The result of practical operation of the system is excellent.
