摘 要:采用溶胶 凝胶法分别以SiO2 ,Al2 O3 和TiO2 为基体包容 β 二酮钴配合物制备了非均相催化剂 ,采用FT IR ,TG DTA ,XPS及N2 吸附方法对以SiO2 为基体包容的乙酰丙酮合钴配合物Co(acac) 2 /SiO2 进行了表征 ,并通过空气氧化二苯甲醇合成二苯甲酮反应评价了催化剂的催化性能 .结果表明 ,Co(acac) 2 /SiO2 的催化性能最好 ,其玻璃性能也最好 .用Co(acac) 2 /SiO2作为催化剂反应 12h后 ,二苯甲醇的转化率为 95 7% ,与均相催化反应相比没有明显降低 ,而且循环利用 7次后其催化性能保持不变 .包容催化剂的活性依赖于包容基体及其比表面积 .The entrapped β-diketone Co-complex catalysts with SiO 2, Al 2O 3 and TiO 2 as matrixes were prepared by sol-gel method. The catalysts were characte rized by FT-IR, TG-DTA, XPS and N 2 adsorption, and their catalytic performan ce in oxidation of diphenyl carbinol to diphenyl ketone was studied. The result s showed that SiO 2-entrapped acetylacetone-Co(Ⅱ) complex had the highest c at alytic activity. For example, the diphenyl carbinol conversion over Co(acac) 2/ SO 2 reached up to 95 7% after the reaction had been run for 12 h, indicating that the immobilized catalyst had no remarkable decrease in catalytic activi ty, compared with the corresponding homogeneous catalyst. Furthermore, it kept constant activity after run for 7 times. It was concluded that the catalytic act ivity of the catalysts depends on the matrixes and their BET specific surface ar ea.
