摘 要:采用悬浮聚合法合成了低交联度的丙烯酸酯类的吸油性树脂,考察了树脂的吸油性能。应用Flo-ry-Huggins热力学理论对高吸油性树脂的吸油机理进行了探讨,并重点研究了树脂网络结构对吸油性能的影响,并对影响网络结构形成的诸因素如单体结构、共聚单体配比、树脂交联程度等进行了探讨。Acrylic-series high oil absorption resins of low-crosslinking densities were synthesized by means of suspension polymerization. The oil absorption properties of the resin were detected. Absorbing oil mechanism of high oil absorption resin was studied by thermodynamic theory of Flory-Huggins and the effects of crosslinked network structure of the high oil absorption resins on the absorption propeties were studied, the factors effecting the network structure such as monomer structure, monomer ratio and crosslinking densities were detected also.
