摘　　要：智能小区通常由3大基本要素组成,即家庭智能管理、物业管理、信息通信网络,最基本的功能是四表远传和安防管理。基于LONWorks网络的智能小区分为管理中心、LON网络和智能控制器等三层结构。介绍了智能小区的定义、组成、功能,LONWorks网络的特点及LONWorks在智能小区的应用。The intelligent community is usually constituted by three essential elements,namely family intelligence management ,estate management and information correspondence network.Its most basic function is'four meters're-mote transmission and safeguard management.The intelligent community based on LON Works network is consisted of manage center,LON Works network and intelligence controller.The definition,constitute,function of intelligent community are introduced.The strongpoint of LON Works network,and its application on intelligentcommunity are also discussed.
