枸橼酸铋制剂中铋元素的溶出量分析

摘　　要：微波消解溶样 ,ICP- AES法测定了枸橼酸铋制剂中铋元素的含量及其在人工胃液和人工肠液中的溶出量。结果表明 ,枸橼酸铋制剂中的铋元素在人工肠液中的溶出量明显高于人工胃液。方法的检出限为12 ng/ m L,相对标准偏差 (n=7)为 3.84 %。The content of bismuth in bismuth citrate preparation and the dissolved content of it in artificial gastric and intestinal fluid were determined by ICP-AES with microwave digestion.The results showed that the dissolution rate of bismuth in artificial intestinal fluid was obviously higher than that in artificial gastric fluid.Under optimum conditions, the detection limit of bismuth is 12ng/mL with the relative standard deviation of 3.84%(C=1.0μg/mL,n=7).
