摘 要:目的 研究小檗碱对实验大鼠血脂和组织内甘油三酯沉积的影响。方法 设计七组大鼠:普食对照组,普食小檗碱治疗组;高脂对照组,高脂小檗碱治疗组;高脂饮食与极小剂量链脲霉素诱导的糖尿病对照组,糖尿病小檗碱治疗组和糖尿病二甲双弧治疗组。5周后观察分析各组血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平以及肝脏和骨骼肌中甘油三酯含量。结果 小檗碱使普食、高脂、糖尿病鼠的血FFA水平分别下调14%、24%、20%,TG分别降低11%、57%、14%。小檗碱使高脂鼠肝脏和骨骼肌中的甘油二酯含量分别减少36%和23%。结论 小檗碱对实验大鼠的脂代谢有显著的改善作用,该药能降低血清和组织中的甘油三酯含量,同时降低血清FAA水平。Objective To study the effects of berberine on blood lipid and tissue triglyceride contents in experimental rats. Methods Seven groups of rats were obtained: untreated common fed, berberine - treated common fed, untreated high - fat fed, berberine - treated high - fat fed; untreated diabetes , berberine - treated diabetes and metformin - treated diabetes rats. Serum triglyceride, total cholesterol , high density lipoprotein - cholesterol, low density lipoprotein - cholesterol, free fatty acid ( FFA ) , hepatic and muscle triglyceride contents were detected. Results Serum FFAs of common fed, high - fat fed and diabetic rats were down - regulated by 14% , 24% and 20% with berberine, respectively. And serum triglyceride of these three groups was also decreased by 11% , 57% and 14% , respectively. Hepatic and muscle triglyceride contents of high - fat fed rats were decreased by 36% and 23% with berberine. Conclusion Lipid metabolism of experimental rats was improved significantly by berberine. Berberine is able to decrease the triglyceride concentrations of serum or tissue and the levels of FFA.
