摘　　要：介绍一种恒流型TENS治疗仪的工作原理和结构。该仪器采用CMOS 555时基电路进行定时控制,VMOS场效应管型 开关控制,梳状恒流方波输出。This paper introduces the principle and structure of a TENS (Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation) apparatus. It adopts the CMOS 7555 timer to generate stimulation pulse and the VMOS FET constant current switch to control simulation output. It outputs comb constant current square waveform. It is a portable battery powered apparatus.
