摘  要:在实验室条件下 ,啮小蜂Tetrastichussp.能寄生亚洲玉米螟OstriniafurnacalisGuenee和棉褐带卷蛾AdoxophyesoranaFischerVonRosleeslanrm两种昆虫的蛹。但是 ,前者的寄生率明显高于后者。两种寄主蛹的三氯甲烷提取物均能诱导啮小蜂雌蜂加强搜索 ,滞留和敲打等行为。但亚洲玉米螟蛹提取物尚能诱导雌蜂刺探行为 ,棉褐带卷蛾提取物则没有这种行为反应。提供寄主前 ,啮小蜂先经受玉米螟蛹提取物刺激 4小时 ,即可提高其对棉褐带卷蛾的寄生率。在产卵活动期间 ,持续存在提取物的刺激可以增强啮小蜂雌蜂的学习反应。Under laboratory conditions, the parasitoid Tetrastichus sp. can parasitize both the pupae of the Asian Corn Borer( Ostrinia furnacalis) and Adoxophyes orana. The parasitization rate of the former is significantly higher than the latter. Trichloromethane extract of pupae can induce Tetrastichus sp. to increase host searching, arrestment and antennal druming behaviors. But Asian Corn Borer pupal extract can induce female wasp probing behavior, while the latter can not. If before presentation of host pupae, Tetrastichus sp. is stimulated for 4 hours by O.furnacalis pupal extract, the parasitization rate on A. orana can be increased. In the timing of oviposition activity, learning response of Tetrastichus sp. is increased by the continual presence of the ext act stimulus.
