摘 要:传统辐射固化涂料符合高效、节能、无污染的特点 ,但起不到阻燃作用。将卤素或磷元素引入活性单体或齐聚物的结构中 ,赋予其阻燃性 ,则成为环保型辐射固化防火涂料。环保型辐射固化防火涂料在环保意识和安全防火意识不断加强的时代将具有广阔的发展空间。本文综述了近几年国内外在辐射固化防火涂料方面的研究状况 ,并提出在今后的开发过程中要注意通过改变齐聚物结构及添加助剂的方法等提高涂料阻燃效果 ,尽量减少燃烧时烟气的产生 ,采用廉价原料 ,尽快实现工业化。Traditional radiation curing coatings is a coating generally without flame-resistance though it features high effectiveness, energy saving and environmental kindness. It becomes an environmental protective radiation curing coating with fireproofing property when halogen or phosphor is brought in its active monomer or oligomer structure. There is a big room for development of these coatings in the time of enhancing awareness of the need to protect the environment and fireproofing safety. This article summarized the research status of radiation curing fireproofing coatings at home and abroad in recent years. It is pointed out that in the future development the flame-retardant effects of coatings should be improved by modifying its oligomer structure and adding additives so as to decrease smoke in burning, and it is urgent to realize commercialization with adopting cheap raw materials.
