用不同蚜虫饲养对大灰食蚜蝇生长发育的影响

摘　　要：在室温下分别用甘蓝蚜、豌豆蚜、桃蚜和大麻长管蚜饲养大灰食蚜蝇 ,幼虫历期分别为 1 0 1 7天、 1 0 2 9天、 9 1 6天和 9 50天 ,蛹期分别为 8 69天、 8 96天、 8 46天和7 30天 ,蛹重分别为 32 2毫克、 32 3毫克、 31 9毫克和 2 6 6毫克 ,以大麻长管蚜饲养成虫获得率最高 ,达 2 3 3 % ,桃蚜最低只有 1 5 1 % ,研究表明 ,蚜虫种类对大灰食蚜蝇发育历期、蛹重及存活率有一定影响 。Rearing of Syrphus corollae Fabricius, an important predator of aphids in peach, rapeseed and vegetables fields in Yunnan province, was carried out at room temperature using four different species of aphids\|Brevicoryne brassicae, Acyrthosiphon pisum, Myzus persicae (from peach) and Macorsiphum sp. as the prey. The duration of the larval development on the four aphid species was 11.17, 10.29,9.16 and 9.50 days, respectively. The duration of the pupa was 8.69, 8.96,8.46 and 7.30 days, respectively. The pupal weight was 32.2,32.3,31.9 and 26.6mg, respectively. The obtaining rate of adults was 19.5%,18.5%,15.1%and 23.3%,respectively. The results showed that there were different influence on the developmental period, the weight of pupa and the survival rate of Syrphus corollae Fabricius with different species of aphids as prey and it is necessary to select suitable aphid species for the mass rearing of syrphid predators.
