摘　　要：概述了我国新时期地方农科院图书馆所面临的形势和现状 ,分析了其存在的问题 ,并在此基础上提出了相应的管理对策。The paper describes the status faced with by libraries of local agriculture academy, and the current situation, analyzes the existing problems and put forward methods of solutions on the basis of it.
