摘 要:探讨了炉型的演变过程及各种影响传质的因素,据此认为,高炉炉型向矮胖发展受两方面因素的影响:一是炉料与煤气在炉内传质传热因素的影响;二是炉料与煤气运动学方面的影响。评价炉型不能忽视操作因素。当冶炼条件发展到允许增加直接还原率并相应改变一些运动条件时,炉型必然随技术的发展而变化。The development of the BF furnace shape and the factors influencing mass transfer are discussed. It isconcluded that there are two factors which obstrct the BF to develop towards stumpy shape: one is mass and heattransfer between the charge and gas, the other is movement of the charge and gas. The operational factor should betaken into consideration in Bf shape evaluation. When the ratio of direct reduction can be increased and some movement conditions are changed, the BF shape will certainly be varied with the development of the technology.
