摘　　要：介绍了国内外电子图书发展状况 ,及电子图书对出版、发行、数字图书馆建设等方面的影响 ,对电子图书发展提出几点看法。The paper introduces the trend of eBook in the world, and discusses the effect of eBook on publication, dissemination and digital library construction. The paper also puts forward opinions on the development of eBook.
