摘　　要：介绍了一种以干酪素为主要原料的酪素商标胶的制备工艺及产品性能,讨论了分散剂、交联剂、淀粉用量、pH值等对酪素胶的制备和性能的影响。Used casein as the main raw material a casein labeling adhesive was prepared,and its preparation process and product properties were introduced. Effect of dispersing agent, cross-linking agent, starch amount and pH value et al. on the preparation and the properties of the casein adhesive was discussed.
