摘 要:综述了2,6-二甲基萘(2,6-DMN)的制备方法,包括含萘重芳烃的直接分离法,萘、甲基萘、甲苯、二甲苯等为原料的化学合成法,二甲基萘异构化法及分离提纯方法等。阐述了几种工艺的反应催化剂体系、工艺过程和研发状况。比较了几种2,6-DMN制备工艺的工艺特点和优缺点。指出已工业化的邻二甲苯与丁二烯烷基化制备2,6-DMN路线存在反应步骤多、工艺过程复杂、生产成本高等不足,而以廉价丰富的萘或甲基萘为原料与甲醇烷基化合成2,6-DMN工艺的路线较短、过程简单,是一种有开发前景的制备路线。The preparation methods of 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene (2,6-DMN) were summarized, including direct separation from coal tar and heavy petroleum cracking oil, chemical synthesis with naphthalene, methylnaphthalene, methylbenzene and xylene as raw materials, isomerization or purification of 2,6-DMN and so on. The catalysis system, technological process and R and D level of these methods were reviewed and their features, advantages and disadvantages were compared. It was indicated that although the method alkylation of o-xylene and butadiene had been industrialized, it had many limitations, such as multi-step, complex process and high cost, and alkylation of naphthalene or methylnaphthalene and methanol which were cheap and abundant would be one of the promising methods due to fewer steps and simple process.
