摘　　要：　钱穆先生与20世纪的古史辨派有复杂的关系。他早年受其影响,论著不乏疑古精神,但后来又批评古史辨派,到晚年批评得尤为厉害。原因是对古史辨派的破立观、对神话传说的态度及古史研究方法持有不同观点。钱穆对古史辨派的批评为20世纪中国学术的发展作出了贡献。Qianmu has a complicated relationship with the dialectical school of ancient history.He was influenced by the latter when young but criticized it when old,for they have different opinions on concept of eradication and establishment,on attitudes to mythology and legend and on methodology of studying ancient history.Mr.Qian's criticism on the dialectic school of ancient history makes a great contribution to 20th Chinese academic history.
