摘　　要：在国内金融业分业经营与监管的体制和国际金融业混业经营与监管的大趋势双重作用下,中国的金融经营机构,作为市场竞争主体,尝试出一种创新性的金融机构组织形式:金融控股公司。从金融理论和具体实践角度,阐述金融控股公司模式理论特性,分析其在中国的具体实践,认为金融控股公司模式是我国从分业走向混业的灵活选择,是当前现实的选择。Against the background of home financial system of separate management and international financial trends of multiplicate management, China's financial institutions create a new organization form : financial holding company (FHC) . The author, from the theoretical and practical perspectives, demonstrates the theory characteristics of FHC mode, analyses the particular practice in China, and finally concludes that FHC is the current optimal choice that well suits China's financial situation and international trends.
