摘 要:目的 建立肝炎灵注射液中苦参碱含量的HPLC测定方法。方法 采用μBondapak^(TM)NH_2柱(4.6 mm×300mm,5μm),甲醇-水(15:85)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长219 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量20μL。结果 在1.0 μg~500.0μg·mL^(-1)范围内苦参碱浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.3~100.9%,RSD<2%。结论 该方法简单,快速,重复性好。Objective To establish the method for the determination of matrine in Ganyanlin injection by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods A μBondapak^(TM) NH_2(4.6 mm×300 mm 5 μm) column was selected as separation column at 30℃, injection volume was 20 μL and matrine was isocratically eluted by methanol-water(15: 85)at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1). The peak of matrine was monitored at UV 219 nm. Results There was a good linear relation- ship between the concentration and the peak area of matrine in range of 1.0~500.0 μg·mL^(-1). The average recovery was 98.3~100.9% and RSD<2%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reproducible.
