摘  要:目的 以小儿退热栓主要成分黄芩苷的体外溶出度为指标,优选小儿退热检基质。方法 以热熔法制备4种不同基质的小儿退热栓,并以智能溶出仪做体外溶出试验,以高效液相法测定不同时间溶出液主成分黄芩苷的含量,绘制体外溶出曲线。结果 释药速度及释药量依次为:S-40栓>甘油明胶栓>聚乙二醇栓>半合成山苍子油酯栓:S-40栓20 min释药85%,30 min释药近100%。结论 宜选用S-40为基质制备小儿退热栓。Objective The exthinsic solubility of Baicalin (the main composition of antipyretic suppositories) outside body was used to optimize the ground substance of antipyretic suppositories for children. Methods: Ground substance of four different antipyretic suppositories for children was prepared by heat melting method and extrinsic solubility of Baicalin was detected by intelligence instrument. Baicalin content in liquid dissolved at different time was detected by HPLC and then the solubility curve was drawn. Results: The speed and amount of Baicalin released from the four antipyretic suppositories were in the following sequence: S-40 Suppositories>Glyeogelatin Suppositories>Polyethylene glycol Suppositories>Half-synthetic oil ester (of fruit of a cubeb litsea tree) Suppositories. The speed of medicine release was 85% within 20min in S-40 Suppositories and nearly 100% within 30 min. Conclusion: S-40 can be used as the ground substance for the antipyretic Suppositories for children.
