摘  要:介绍了一种新型的有机硅酸盐半透膜抑制剂BTM-1。通过钻屑回收率试验、泥页岩水化趋势作用试验、泥球浸泡试验和膜效率测定,评价了BTM-1抑制剂对泥页岩水化膨胀及分散性能的抑制作用及其半透膜效能。研制了与半透膜相配伍的具有良好抗盐抗温性能的降滤失剂CFJ-1;介绍了具有隔离膜性能的成膜降滤失剂钻井液性能,用扫描电镜试验,测定了隔离膜的结构特征,对隔离膜降滤失机理进行了初步探讨。给出了具有半透膜、隔离膜的成膜钻井液配方。评价了成膜钻井液的抑制性、抗盐性和抗温性能,通过动滤失量试验、渗透率恢复值试验评价了成膜钻井液保护储层效果。荧光及毒性试验表明,成膜钻井液体系无荧光、无毒性,满足国际环保要求。A novel organic silicate inhibitor BTM-1 ot semi-permeable membrane property was presented and its inhibition to shale hydration and dispersion as well as its semi-permeable membrane property were evaluated based on tests of cuttings recovery rate, shale hydration tendency, mud boulders soaking and membrane efficiency measurement.A fluid loss reducer CFJ-1 which is compatible with BTM-1 was also developed.The structure features of the isolating membrane was studied by scanning electron microscope and drilling fluid properties with membrane generating fluid loss reducer was also illustrated.Its fluid loss reducing mechanisms of the membrane was investigated and the formulations of membrane generating drilling fluid was given.Reservoir protecting efficiency of the drilling fluid and its inhibition, salt resistance and temperature tolerance were evaluated based on dynamic filter test and permeability recovery test.Fluorescence and toxicity tests demonstrated that the membrane generating drilling fluid has no fluorescence, no toxicity and satisfies the requirements of the international environment protection.
