摘 要:纳米技术是指至少一维尺寸在l~lOOnm范围,并且仅仅由于尺寸的变化而产生极其特殊性能的技术,它包括纳米材料的制备、性能的表征及应用。对纳米技术在石油工业上游领域涉及到的石油钻井、采油生产及油田污水处理等方面的应用进行分析探讨。认为,在钻井领域可以出现一种具有强抑制性的钻井液和相应的新技术,有效地解决钻井过程中的井壁稳定及油气层保护等问题,同时在非直井的钻井过程中有效地降低钻水平段的摩阻,使水平段进一步延深成为可能;在采油领域利用纳米材料作为驱油剂,进一步提高原油采收率;在油田污水处理方面,利用纳米材料对废水中的有机物、重金属及各种菌类进行有效去除。Nano-tech involves using of materials of at least 1~100 nm in range and obtaining kinds of very special properties only by changing material sizes.The technology includes preparation, property identification, and application of nano-composite materials.The applications of the technology in petroleum upstream industries, including drilling, oil recovery and oilfield wastewater treatment have been investigated.It is considered that a high inhibition drilling fluid and relevant techniques would be developed in drilling industries to effectively strengthen well stabilization and formation protection, and to remarkably reduce friction drag of horizontal drilling; Nano-composite materials can also be used as oil displacement agent in oil recovery to increase recovery rate and wipe off the organic mat-fers, neavy metal and bacteria in waste water in sewage treatment.
