摘  要:二连油田巴音都兰地区赛汗组~腾格尔组地层之间,主要岩性为粉砂岩、砂砾岩和砂泥岩互层。砂砾层渗透性强;泥岩段富合蒙脱石,水敏性强,施工过程中易发生缩径、拔活塞、大段划眼、卡钻等复杂情况。通过优选钻井液配方,调整钻井液维护处理方案,及时并保量地加入FT-103防塌剂和SMP高温高压降滤失剂,提高了钻井液抑制性.改善了泥饼质量;同时,提高钻井液四级净化设备的使用,配合相应的工程技术措施,使缩径拔活塞现象明显减少.平均机械钻速由原来的10.12提高到11.37 m/h,复杂事故的时效由0.63%降为0,完井电测一次成功率由88%提高到92%。该钻井液防缩防卡技术能够满足巴音都兰地区的钻井需要。The lithology in Saihan Tal^Tengger formation of Bayan Dureng area in Eren basin are mainly composed of sillstone, sandstone and shale.Because high permeability of sandstone and abundant montmorillonite in shale and its strong water-sensitivity, problems of hole shrinkage, overpull and sticking during tripping, large section of reaming were frequently encountered.Thus, practical drilling fluid technology was developed to cope with the above problems.The technology includes optimizing drilling fluid formulation, adjusting site operation plans, increasing inhibition of drilling fluid and improving mud cake quality; enhancing the using of four-stage solid control equipment and cooperating with corresponding engineering techniques.By using the technology, overpull during tripping reduced remarkably, average penetration rate increased from 10.12 m/h to 11.37 m/h, complex accident frequency shorted from 0, 63% to zero, and completion logging success rate improved from 88% to 92%.The drilling fluid technology satisfies the engineering requirements of Bayan Dureng area.
