保肾汤对实验性肾衰老大鼠超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察保肾汤对实验性肾衰老大鼠超微结构的影响。方法 :13月龄大鼠以D -半乳糖溶液造模 ,同时经胃灌注保肾汤水煎液 ,设西药组、青年组对照 ,2月后观察各组大鼠超微结构的改变。结果 :电镜显示保肾汤组肾小球毛细血管基底膜增厚轻于西药及模型组 ,无双轨征 ,无胶原纤维的增生 ,内皮细胞孔距不及青年组均匀 ,但较西药组及模型组均匀 ,足细胞突起排列尚整齐。结论 :保肾汤能改善肾脏超微结构 ,防止肾脏器官老化。其作用机制与增加肾小球毛细血管的血液供应 ,逐渐修复因缺血、缺氧引起的早期细胞变性。Objective: To observe the efficacy of Baoshen Decoction on the ultrastructure in caducity kidney of rats. Methods: The model was established on the rats 13 months old by D-Galactose solutions, with the perfus stomach with Baoshen Decoction. The ultrastructure of all groups was observed after 2 months. Results: Observed by the electron microscope, the hyperplasia of glomerular capillary basement membrane in treatment group was inferior to west medicine group and model group, without double tracks sign and hyperplasia of collagen fibers. The spacing of endothelial cell was not as steady as young group, but more steady than west medicine group and model group, with the foot cell process arrayed in order. Conclusion: Baoshen Decoction could improve the ultrastructure in caducity kidney, and prevent the aging of kidney. The mechanism was related to the improvement of blood support to glomerular capillaries, which plerosising the cell degeneration and atrophy.
