摘　　要：大学生作为一个有充沛精力的高智群体,在行为取向上有其独特性和规律性。为了研究大学生体育锻炼的行为取向,通过调查问卷与文献查阅等方式,对大学生的性别差异导致体育锻炼的不同的主观倾向以及影响锻炼行为的客观因素进行分析。University students, as an energetic and high - intelligent group, have their own pecularity and regularity in the behavioral trend. In order to study the behavioral trend of university students physical training, an investigation is made not only to analyse the different subjective tendency to physical training caused by university students' sex differences and the objective factors affecting university students' behavior of physical training by delivering questionaires and consulting documents. This paper is for PE workers' reference in institutions of higher learning.
