摘 要:人力资本的产权特征决定了对人力资本进行激励的重要性。要实现人力资本产权,一方面要保障人力资本所有者拥有人力资本所有权和自由支配转让权,另一方面要使人力资本参与分享企业剩余。借鉴国外的雇员持股计划,人力资本持股是实现人力资本剩余分享、从而实现人力资本产权的可行方法。The characteristics of human capital propertyrights have determined the importance of encouragement towards human capital. To realize the property rights of human capital, individual person must have the ownership of his human capital and could transact freely, and he should also have rights to share the residue of the firm. Learning from the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), stockownership is a possible way for the share of residue and the realization of human capital propertyrights.
