摘　　要：Excel2002是OfficeXP的一个重要组件。因其内制了很多函数,所以能够实现对大量数据方便而又快速的处理,其数据透视表的分析能力比专业的数据库管理系统VisualFoxpro和Access的数据分析功能还强。文中主要介绍了Excel2002的数据分析和透视功能,重点分析了数据透视表的实质、适用场合、学习要点和使用技巧,并与VisualFoxpro6.0的交叉表视图作了详细比较。Excel 2002 is a groupware of Office XP. It can manage large numbers of data expediently and fleetly, for it comprise many functions. The analysis ability of data perspective sheet in Excel is better than that of some professional DBMS, such as Visual Foxpro and Access.Introduces the data analysis and data perspective function of Excel 2002 .The author gives a detail analysis of the data perspective ,which confuses vast beginners ,including the essential of the perspective dada sheet,the key points of its study, and some useful techniques to use it, etc. Additionally,comparison of data perspective sheet with intercross view of Visual Foxpro 6.0 is also displayed here.
