摘　　要：伊斯兰法的法源理论是一个既传统又现代的问题。随着当代伊斯兰复兴运动的兴起 ,这一问题再度被提起 ,有关伊斯兰法本身的含义、伊斯兰法法源的含义、种类及其在近现代社会欧状况问题 ,引起了广泛讨论。本文从伊斯兰法的概念、重要意义。The theoretical sources of the Islamic Law is a traditional as well as a modern issue,which haw been rediscussed with the rise of the Islamic Renaissance Movement.Topics on the Islamic Law,on its sources,on its types and on its development in the modern and contemporary societies have been drawing a wide attention.In this essay,four aspects of the Islamic Law,including its concept,its significance,its four traditional sources and their main characteristics,are discussed.
