摘　　要：申办世界博览会的成功为上海经济和保险业的发展注入了新的生机,上海保险业将全面参与国际竞争,保险的供需将发生全新的变化。到2010年上海将成为国际金融和保险中心,当务之急就要从现在起做好保险人才的培养和储备工作。There will be a vigorous increase in Shanghai' s economy and in Shanghai' s insurance industry after the successful tender for the 2010 World Exposition. As the insurance industry in Shanghai is entering international competition in an all - round manner, its supply and demand will be gready changed. By 2010, Shanghai will have become the center of finance and insurance in the world. It is the most pressing matter of the moment that we should train and bring up quite many talents with various abilities who will be competent enough in the insurance industry.
