摘　　要：加强和重视劳动保护,已成为21世纪劳动法律的一项重要内容。我国法律对劳动保护的科学管理、安全技术、劳动卫生方面进行了规定,针对目前我国劳动保护的现状,提出有效的劳动保护措施。Strengthening the importance of labor protection has become a very important thing in the field of labor law in the 21st century. The law in China has clearly defined scientific management, safety techniques, and labor health for labor protection. Besides, it has put forward practical measures based on the present situation in this aspect.
