摘　　要：山县有朋是活跃于日本明治、大正时期的军事、政治领导人 ,天皇制的拥护者 ,一生反对政党政治。在他从政的 40多年中 ,利用种种手段打击、瓦解政党 ,开日本金钱政治的先河。由他确立的军部大臣现役制 。Yamagata Aritomo was a military and political leader, active during Meiji and Taisho reign. He was a supporter of the imperial system, but an opponent of party politics all his life. During his forty-odd years in office he resorted to all means available to hit out at and disintegrate political parties. He was the initiator of money politics in Japan. He established the system under which defense minister should be chosen from those in active service, thereby promoting the development of and laying the foundation for the military to control the state.
