火电厂煤仓防爆安全监测系统的研究

摘　　要：对火电厂煤仓安全状态进行监测是确保火电厂安全运行的关键技术之一。开发了火电厂煤仓安全监测系统 ,介绍了监测系统的硬件构成和监测软件 ,分析了系统特点。系统连续监测煤仓内的温度、CO和CH4的浓度以及火焰 ,并进行实时处理 ,及时报警。系统将上述监测数据保存在系统数据库中 ,并可提供灵活的报表 ,为火电厂各级运行与管理部门提供全面可靠的煤仓状态数据。It is necessary for power plant to run normally silo safety technology. Safety monitoring technology of silo is introduced. A silo safety monitoring system is developed. The composing of hardware and characteristic of software of system is introduced. A mass of data that is concerned with temperature, concentration of CO and CH 4, firelight is gathered and managed automatically by the system. The system provides dependable assurance to departments in power plant.
