摘　　要：首先根据电力上市公司的特点建立了一套评价其财务综合能力的指标体系 ,然后引入多目标决策中的逼近理想解法 (TOPSIS法 )建立了电力上市公司财务综合能力的TOPSIS评价模型 ,最后用实例证明了这种方法的可信度与实用性。该方法还可以推广到其他类似问题的评价中。This paper sets up the the evaluation index system of integrated finance capacity on the basis of the character of electric enterprise, and uses the TOPSIS assessment method to assess. Then it validates the method by analyzing an example. The result proves the usefulness and credibility of the method. And it can be extend to correlative problems.
