摘　　要：以Cournot双头垄断市场为前提,讨论在有政府和企业参与的序贯博弈中,政府的环境管理政策(如税收)对企业负债水平的影响,分析了我国现行的环境政策与上市公司资本结构的关系。In a sequential game with Cournot oligopolistic market, the influences of government environmental management policies (such as pollution taxes) on enterprises' capital structure liabilities are discussed. The relationship between environmental management policies and enterprises' capital structure in China is analyzed.
