摘　　要：介绍了近 10年首钢高炉铁口维护和渣铁沟使用以及炉前环保的改进情况 ,炉前每班人员由过去的近 2 0人 ,降低到现在的 10人左右 ,渣铁沟耐材消耗由过去的吨铁 10元左右降到现在的 4元左右 。The maintenance of BF tap hole, use of trough and improvement of casthouse environmental protection at Shougang in recent ten years are introduced Comparing with that in the past, the number of cast house workers in one shift were reduced to 10 from 20, the cost of trough refractory was lowered to 4 yuan/t from 10 yuan/t The rational tapping times for BF of the same inner volume is analyzed and proposed
