摘 要:对黑土水稻田一个生长季中土壤微生物生物量C、土壤呼吸和甲烷排放通量进行了监测 .结果表明 ,在水稻生长初期 ,长效尿素能显著抑制微生物生物量C和土壤呼吸 (P <0 .0 5 ) .间歇灌溉措施对二者几乎没有影响 .间歇灌溉能减少稻田甲烷的排放 ,平均排放量比对照减少了 32 .5 % .长效尿素的施用稻田使甲烷的排放略有增加 .施用长效尿素的处理 。The measurements of soil microbial biomass C,respiration rate and CH 4 emissions during one rice growth period in black earth rice fields showed that the soil microbial biomass C and respiration rate were depressed significantly by the application of slow releasing urea at the early stage of rice growth period (P<0.05),but almost not affected by intermittent irrigation.The CH 4 emission was decreased by 32.5% in the intermittent irrigation treatments,but not significantly affected by the application of slow releasing urea,compared to the control.It was significantly related to soil microbial biomass C in slow releasing urea treatments.
