摘　　要：　运用3S技术和计算机科学技术,开发设计了适用于土地部门实际需要的地理分析模型,建立了吉林省土地信息分析系统,为土地信息的分析、评价、预测和辅助土地部门进行决策提供了服务;同时,对空间统计分析、耕地后备资源评价、土地质量评价分析、土地利用评价、土地利用动态监测等子系统做了深入的讨论,为今后的实际开发提供了重要的参考依据.Based on 3S (remote sensing,geographical information system and global position system) and computer technique,a geographical analyzing model that was required by land management department is developed to establish a land information analyzing system of Jilin Province.This system serves for the land management department to analyze,enaluate and predict land information and to make policy.Some subsystems such as the space statistic and analyzing,reserve cultivated land resource evaluating,land quality evaluating and analyzing,land utilization evaluating and analyzing,has been deeply discussed.It offered important reference foundation for practical exploitation in the future.
