摘  要:目的 :比较四物汤传统饮片汤剂、现代颗粒汤剂特征色谱的异同。方法 :采用HPLC方法 ,梯度洗脱。色谱条件为 :Diamonsil(TM )钻石C18柱 (5 μm ,2 5 0mm×4 .6mm) ,柱温为 35 .0℃ ,流速为 1.0mL·min-1,流动相A为水 ,流动相B为甲醇 ,流动相C为 0 .0 5 %磷酸。结果 :得到饮片汤剂和颗粒汤剂的特征色谱 ,共标记 2 2个特征峰。该法所得特征色谱峰形较好 ,且较稳定。结论 :四物汤传统饮片汤剂和现代颗粒汤剂的特征色谱十分相似 ,化学成分并无显著差异。OBJECTIVE To compare the similarities and the differences between granules decoction and traditional herbs decoction of Siwutang decoction.METHODS The study was conducted by HPLC with Diamonsil (TM) C_ 18 (5 μm,250 mm× 4.6 mm) stationary phase, the mixture of H_2O (A),CH_3OH (B) and 0.05% H_3PO_4 solution (C) as mobile phase in gradient mode and detection wavelength at 280 nm. The column temperature was set at 35℃ and the flow-rate was 1 mL·min -1 .The reference solution of chemical standards and sample were injected into HPLC system,respectively.RESULTS This method was accurate and reliable.The characteristic chromatograms consisted of 22 peaks.CONCLUSIONS The characteristic chromatograms of granules decoction and traditional herbs decoction were similar.
