摘　　要：　介绍了ADuC824的内部结构和功能,结合K9S2808V0A构成便携式数据采集仪,并给出了软、硬件设计的方法。This paper presents the ADuC824 structure and functions.The ADuC824 and the K9S2808V0A are used to form a portable data acquisition instrument along with the description of the design method of its hardware and software.
