摘　　要：合理设计球铁的化学成分,控制铁液温度,采用型内孕育工艺,可稳定生产出高韧性铁素体球墨铸铁,减少热处理工序。High malleable ductile cast iron can be produced steadily via the reasonable chemical composition of ductile cast iron, temperature control of melted iron, using of the in-mold inoculation process, with reductin of the heat treatment working procedure.
