摘  要:目的 :探讨青阳参抗痫作用的分子生物学机制。方法 :大鼠杏仁核快速点燃癫痫模型 ,应用免疫组化技术观察青阳参对点燃癫痫大鼠脑内c fos、c jun基因表达的影响。 结果 :杏仁核点燃癫痫大鼠脑内c fos、c jun基因表达明显增强 ,青阳参能明显阻断其表达 ,阳性细胞数量明显减少。结论 :青阳参的抗痫作用机制可能与降低脑内c fos、c jun基因表达有关。Objective: To investigate the molecular biological mechanism of anti-epileptic effect of Cynachum otophyllum Schneid (COS) on epileptic model rats. Methods: The amygdala-kindled rats were selected as the animal model. The effect of COS on the c-fos、c-jun gene expression in the rats brain were observed by immunohistochemical techniques. Results: The c-fos、c-jun gene expression was obviously increased in rapid kindling epileptic model. COS could effectively block the gene expression of c-fos and c-jun, the positive cell number of fos or jun expression in cerebral cortex and hippocampus was significantly decreased. Conclusion: The mechanism of COS anti-epileptic effect mighe be correlated to the decrease of c-fos and c-jun gene expression.
