摘  要:本文采用均相沉积法在陶瓷表面制得均匀透明的多孔TiO2纳米颗粒膜材料。以TEM、XRD等方法对膜材料的结构、组成、晶粒大小、杀菌性能进行了研究。结果表明,膜材料为均匀的多孔锐钛型TiO2颗粒膜;TiO2颗粒大小在7~30nm范围;杀菌性能好,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌在30min内的杀菌率均达到90%以上。该膜材料可直接应用于陶瓷制成具有杀菌功能的陶瓷制品,其在水质消毒、污水处理、空气净化、环境保护等方面具有广阔的应用前景。The nanocrystalline TiO2 film, which is even,transparent and porous,is prepared through homogenous precipitation methods on the surface of ceramics.The structure,composition,crystalline size and bactericidal capability of the film are studied by the methods of TEM,XRD.The experiments show that this film is a kind of material composed with even and porous anatase TiO2 nanocrystalline.The size of the TiO2 nanocrystalline is between 7nm and 30nm,and it has a high bactericidal capability.Its bactericidal percentage to Staphylococcus Aureus,Escherichia Coli.and candidn Albicans in 30min can be over 90%.This film can be directly applied on bactericidal ceramics. It is also expected to make the further wide applications in the fields of water sterilization, wastewater treatment, air purification and environmental protection.
