摘　　要：计算机犯罪作为一种新的犯罪形式,其破坏性是传统犯罪所无法比拟的。面对日益蔓延的计算机犯罪,公安、司法机关任重而道远。为了有效打击这类高技术犯罪,本文重点介绍了计算机犯罪现场勘查的实施以及应注意的问题,希望给公安机关的侦查破案提供帮助。As a kind of newly criminal form, the computer crime's destructiveness is beyond compare with the traditional crime. Faced the computer crime, the public security organ and judicial office are shoulder heavy responsibilities. In order to handle with the crime, the author is probe into the view of scene and spot coverage of the computer crime.
