摘　　要：国有商业银行股份制改造虽然应通过增加股权资本来达到提高资本充足率的目的,但目前银行达不到从资本市场大量融资的条件。应开发一种稳定、低风险的股权方式———存款股权制。既可优化银行的资本结构,又为进入资本市场融资,增强银行实力做准备。Although increasing the capital of stock right can help to raise the abundance rate of capital in the reform of shareholding system of stateowned commercial banks, banks still cannot reach the base line to perform a large amount of fund raising from capital market. This paper suggests to develop a new stockrightshifting method with high stability, low risk--deposit stock right system, which can optimize the capital structure of banks and help to raise funds from capital markets, enhancing their power.
