摘 要:建立了对二甲苯高温液相催化氧化反应器的CSTR模型,并对不同的富氧工艺条件进行了模拟。模拟结果表明,采用24%的富氧操作后,在同样负荷情况下总进气量与溶剂蒸发量均减少,导致温度升高了1.8~2.0℃,需降低压力约40 kPa才能使温度维持原状;富氧操作有显著的增容潜力,主要是可以等压升温约2℃,同时提高尾气氧含量也可强化传质与反应,二者的综合效果可使富氧升温增氧措施提高产能约15%。A continuous stirred tank reactor model for p - xylene liquid - phase catalytic oxidation at high temperature was developed to simulate oxygen - enriched process. When adopted input oxygen volume fraction increased to 24 % , the amount of total gas input and evaporated solvent both reduced at the same loading condition, and led to a temperature increase of 1.8 - 2.0 ℃ . In order to maintain in situ conditions, the system pressure must decrease by about 0.04 MPa. Oxygen - enriched process increased production capacity notably. Reaction temperature increased by about 2 ℃ under the same system pressure, and oxygen concentration in the vent gas increased also. Increment of oxygen concentration in vent gas strengthened mass transfer and the reaction as well. In brief, oxygen - enriched and temperature increase operations can increase production capacity by about 15% .
