摘 要:采用气相色谱-原子发射光谱,结合多维色谱中的反吹技术,建立了以减压馏分油为原料的微反产物中汽油馏分段中各种硫化物类型分布的分析方法。考察了色谱条件对汽油馏分段各种硫化物分离的影响,定性分析了微反产物中汽油馏分段中的37种硫化物,计算了恒压模式程序升温下汽油馏分段中各种硫化物的保留指数,为不同实验室的定性分析提供了依据。微反产物中各主要组分峰面积重现性的相对标准偏差小于5%。该方法已被应用于微反催化剂评价硫化物的类型分布研究,并可推广到固定床、流化床工艺脱硫条件的选择。A method for separation and determination of sulfur compounds in gasoline fraction of vaccum gas oil microreactor products by gas chromatography - atomic emission detector(GC- AED) was established. Gasoline fractions of microreactor products were injected to capillary. Heavier fractions were vent from capillary inlet by adjusting pressure of capillary inlet and packed column inlet. Effects of carrier gas speed oven temperature on resolution were discussed. Retention index of different sulfur compounds under temperature programmed condition were calculated. A total of 37 sulfur compounds were identified and determined quantitatively. External calibration curve was applied to the area responses of each sulfur components in sulfur chromatograrn. Linear range of peak area vs concentration relation was between 0.5 - 400 mg/L. From relevant linear equations correlation coefficients were obtained. Deviations (RSD) of main sulfur compounds (ethyl mercaptan, thiophene, 2- methylthiophene, 3 - methylthiophene, 2, 4 - dimethylthiophene) on microreactor products were 0.9% to 5.0% (n = 7). The contents of each sulfur compounds in microreactor products were determined.
