摘 要:在KOH和K2CO3存在下,通过2,6-二氯苯甲腈与苯酚在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的缩合反应,合成了一种新单体2,6-二苯氧基苯甲腈。在无水AlCl3及NMP存在下,将其与对苯二甲酰氯、间苯二甲酰氯在1,2-二氯乙烷中进行低温溶液缩聚,合成了聚芳醚醚酮酮腈(PCEEKK)。用IR、DSC、TG、WAXD等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,聚合物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为160~180℃,比聚芳醚酮酮(Tg=156℃)要高,失重温度(Td)为471-495℃;DSC和WAXD的分析表明,PCEEKK为非晶态聚合物。A novel monomer 2,6 - diphenoxybenzonitrile (DPOBN) was prepared by condensation of 2,6 -dichlorobenzonitrile with phenol in N - methyl pyrrolidone (NMP)in the presence of KOH and K2CO3. An aromatic polycyano ether ether ketone ketone (PCEEKK) was synthesized by low temperature solution polycondensation of 2,6 - diphenoxybenzonitrile with terephthaloyl dichloride (TPC), isophthaloyl dichloride (IPC) in 1,2 - dichloroethane and in presence of AlC13 and NMP. IR,DSC,TG,WAXD techniques were used to characterize the polymers. Tg of prepared polymers were in range of 160 - 180 ℃ , higher than that of PEKK ( Tg = 156 ℃ ), Td of prepared polymers were in range of 485 - 495 ℃ . Polymers were noncrystalline. Polymers had excellent heat - resistance and good solubility in dimethyl - formamide, NMP and dimethyl sulphoxide.
