摘 要:经电化学活化后的玻璃碳电极可吸附溶液中的铅离子.吸附铅的循环伏安阳极峰电流值与溶液中铅离子浓度成一定的线性关系,在0.1-1.0μmol/L,线性系数为0.998,响应斜率为50.0A/(mol·L-1),检测下限小于0.01μmol/L.铅离子的吸附与静电反应及活化玻碳电极的微观环境有关.The activated glassy carbon electrode obtained by electrochemical means could adsorb the lead cation in solution. The peak current of the adsorbed lead species was linearly related to the concentration of Pb2+ cation in the range of from 0.1 to 1.0?μmol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.998. Detection limit was lower than 0.01 μmol/L. The uptake of Pb2+ cation at the activated electrode might involve electrostatics interaction and was related to the specific microenvironments of the activated electrode.
