摘  要:阐述了攀钢钛矿渣的微观结构 ,利用其制实心砖的原材料要求 ,研究了胶凝材料中的水泥搀量及集料配合比 ,讨论了各种因素对制品强度的影响。通过实验和经济分析确定了胶凝材料中的水泥搀量为 2 0 %、水胶比为 0 .4 4 ,水淬渣与慢冷渣各半 ,成型压力为 80 0kN ,前后共静养 5d ,生产的砖块成本低、强度高 ,符合国家标准对建筑用砖的强度要求 ,市场应用前景看好。The microstructure of titanium slag from Panzhihua Steel company,and the requirements of using it as a raw material for solid brick production are described. The ratio of cement in cementation material and the composing proportion of aggregate material are researched,and the impact of various factors on the brick strength is discussed. Through test and economic analysis,it is determined that the ratio of cement in cementation material is 20%,the ratio of water to cementation material is 0.44,the ratio of water-hardening slag to slow-cooled slag is 1∶1,molding pressure is 800 kN,all curing time is 5 d. The produced brick features low cost and high strength,and is in compliance with the strength requirements by the state for building standard bricks. The market application is promising.
