摘　　要：边缘知识人是非计划经济条件下的必然产物 ,本文通过对边缘知识人在再提高方面的初步探讨 ,指出了图书馆对其援助不力的因素 ,提出了图书馆对其帮助的必要性和可行性。The taking shape of the edgy intellec intelletuals intellectual is a inevitable outcome under non-planned economy condition,Through inital explored on the aspect of reproofing of Marginal intellectuals,the paper points out the ineffective factors of the library assistance and pats forward the necessity and feasibility of library assistance.
