摘　　要：图书情报部门作为信息资源的存贮、整理和传播的重要基地 ,成为知识创新过程中的重要环节。只有实现文献信息资源共享 ,才能形成整体优势 ,使资源无限扩大 ,以满足知识创新的需要。Knowledge innovation is a systematie project which needs special channels to collect,process and spread the knowledge information.The department of books and information,as an important base for storing,arrangeing and spreading information resources plays a great role in the process of innovating knowledge.Only when the library information resources have been shared can we enlarge the resources in order to meet the needs of knowledge innovation.
